Shipping Policy
We currently ship to customers in the United States. Shipping availability and the shipping charge shown at checkout are based on the delivery address and the items in your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, delivery typically takes approximately 5–11 business days. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–15 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and transit.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery can vary by destination, carrier, weather, peak periods, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. If an order contains items with different shipping requirements, the available shipping options and charges shown at checkout will control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email when available. Please allow some time after shipment for tracking events to appear or update.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, customs processing, and other events outside our control can extend delivery times. We will assist with shipping-related issues where possible, but estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist with the carrier as appropriate.
